Access to Healthcare

There are several ways to contact your GP practice and request an appointment:

Complete an Online Consultation

For many patients, the quickest way to contact your practice is through an online consultation form. Visit your GP practice website and select 'Contact Us Online'.

You will be asked a series of questions about your health concern. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the practice, and you will be advised on the next steps.

Use the NHS App

You may also be able to manage appointments and access services through the NHS App. Speak to your practice or visit the NHS website for guidance on getting started.

Call Your GP Practice

You can contact your GP practice by phone during opening hours. A member of the reception team will help direct you to the most appropriate service and arrange an appointment if needed.

Visit the Practice

You can also speak to the reception team in person by visiting your GP practice during opening hours, typically 8:00am to 6:30pm.

Whichever method you choose, your practice will work with you to ensure you receive the right care from the right healthcare professional as quickly as possible.
